This ambition is anchored by the creation of one of Türkiye’s most advanced football academies in Samsun, designed to deliver world-class training, education, and character development for young athletes.
This vision is led by Robert Yüksel YILDIRIM, whose 35+ years of global business experience have shaped a disciplined, sustainable, and performance-oriented approach to football. His background in industrial growth and operational excellence is now applied to club management, with a strong focus on infrastructure investment, strategic planning, and long-term talent development.
By placing the academy at the heart of its football model, Amissos is not only developing players – it is building a legacy grounded in purpose, professionalism, and long-term value. This foundation ensures that the Group’s Clubs are positioned to thrive competitively while making a lasting impact on their communities and the future of the sport.
Since becoming part of the Amissos Group, both Samsunspor and USL Dunkerque have experienced transformative growth – reflecting the Group’s commitment to sustainable development, professionalism, and long-term football planning.
Samsunspor, acquired in 2018, has steadily progressed through the Turkish football pyramid, earning consecutive promotions that led to a triumphant return to the Süper Lig. Since then, the Club has re-established itself in the top division and continues to grow as a competitive force, with a clear ambition to return to European football. USL Dunkerque, brought into the Group in 2023, has similarly embraced a new era. The Club secured promotion to Ligue 2 and went on to achieve historic milestones both in the League and in the French Cup, marking one of the most successful periods in its history.
These milestones are not isolated achievements but part of a broader strategy that places youth development, structural excellence, and shared learning at the heart of the Amissos model. Through this approach, both Clubs are building strong local identities while contributing to a globally connected football ecosystem.

Aligned with UEFA and ECA sustainability objectives, Amissos integrates social responsibility into its core strategy—driving impact both on and off the pitch.
Samsunspor has long embraced its role as a catalyst for progress, creating opportunities for women, children, and athletes of all abilities. From launching inclusive sports programs to raising awareness through symbolic jersey campaigns, the Club ensures football is accessible to everyone. Notably, the Purple Jersey project, launched in 2021, stands as a unique initiative in Türkiye, using football to highlight male violence against women and engage men as allies for change. Similarly, for the 2024/2025 season, Samsunspor introduced the Inclusivity Jersey as part of the “Football: Beautiful Through Unity” initiative, honoring the strength and determination of athletes from all walks of life.
